1. Using this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, colours and personalisation options accurately. Screens and natural materials can vary, so colour, wood grain, slate texture and engraving tone may differ slightly from photographs.

Concept images should not be treated as a guarantee of details not stated in the product description. Please contact us when a precise specification is important.

3. Personalised orders

You are responsible for checking submitted names, dates, phone numbers, spelling, punctuation and artwork. We may flag obvious layout or legibility concerns, but we cannot verify the meaning or accuracy of content supplied by you.

Changes are only possible before production begins. Once engraving or another irreversible personalisation step has started, the order cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

4. Artwork and permissions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, photograph, design, text or other material you submit. You grant Engraine a limited permission to reproduce and adapt that material only as needed to assess, produce and fulfil your order.

We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, deceptive or unsuitable for the selected product.

5. Prices, payment and acceptance

Prices and applicable charges are shown before checkout and may change for future orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it for production, not merely when it is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays can occur because of artwork clarification, address problems, carrier disruption, events outside reasonable control or unusually high demand. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed-date event.

7. Returns, damage and mistakes

Personalised products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns because they are made to your instructions. This does not affect support where an item is damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

Report transit damage with photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual property

The Engraine name, website design, original copy, graphics and product artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights in Engraine designs or grant permission for commercial reproduction.

9. Website availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted website access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Engraine is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing terms and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply. We may update these terms as the website, products or legal requirements change; the date below identifies the current version.
