Stories etched in time..

You do not need a perfect brief.
Just tell us where the idea begins.

A person, a memory, a half-formed design—or simply a question about your order. Send what you know and we’ll help make the next step clearer.

✦The idea can be small.
The meaning usually is not.

Start in the right place

What are you trying to make happen?

Choose the closest option. It only helps us ask better questions—you are never locked into a path.

What happens next

A conversation,
not a ticket number.

We read the context, look at what is practical and reply with a useful next step.

1

We understand

A real person reads the idea, question or concern you share.

2

We clarify

If something is missing, we ask only for the detail needed to move forward.

3

We guide

You receive a clear answer, recommendation or path to resolution.

Send the useful details

We’ll take it from here.

You can leave anything unknown blank. A rough idea is more helpful than a form abandoned halfway.

This prepares the details in your email app so you can review and send them.

Before you write

A few useful answers.

The questions that often come just before someone presses send.

Can I share artwork or a photograph?+

Yes. Start with a short note here, then attach the clearest original file when your email opens. High-resolution, high-contrast artwork is easiest for us to assess.

What should I include for an existing order?+

Your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of what you need help with. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging.

I only have a rough idea. Is that enough?+

Absolutely. Tell us who the gift is for and what you want it to feel like. We can help narrow the product, material and level of detail.

Where should corporate enquiries go?+

You can use this form for an early conversation, or use our corporate brief builder when you already know the approximate quantity, budget and date.

Still deciding what to say?

“I have an idea, but I’m not sure how to make it work.”

That is a perfectly good first message.

Send exactly that
